«When we arrived to the reception, the woman there was unfriendly and told us to contact the phone number to reach the manager as she had nothing to do with the room we booked. «General speaking, this hotel/resort is in very good condition. However, it's not good if you need to find a restaurant in a hurry as there is no one nearby. Another inconvenience is that we found out the hotel did not provide shampoo, conditioner or body wash even for short stay guests. «Guy running the place has knowledge that can make your stay bounce from great to greatest.
