But on top of that, the appartment is comfy, spatious, well maintained and kitchen decently equipped. «A perfect little apartment for two people. It has everything you could ask for in a stay - a nicely stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer and a comfortable bed. We loved being so close to the U of U for graduation. A very nice area of SL with historic homes. It is a basement apartment, so upstairs floor noises of squeaking are audible. If you are someone who is a light sleeper, it is nice to be aware.»
