«We enjoyed our stay at The Willow House. It is a quaint property located within a half hour driving distance of Dinosaur National Monument. The Willow House is located on a lot behind the owners house. Very quiet location. We also enjoyed interacting with the small animals on the property including goats, mini horses and a mini cow. Friendly animals!»

«This house is full of charm. It is old (it reminded my mom of her grandmother's house), but well maintained and an easy drive to Bryce Canyon. My kids loved playing in the hammock and watching the birds fly around (there were baby birds in the hollowed tree stump that the hammock was attached to, fun to hear chirping for mama). It has everything we needed for our short stay.»

«This was conveniently located for visiting both Bryce and Zion National Parks. It was clean and comfortable and would be plenty of room for a family. Being able to do our laundry was helpful. The photos are accurate, very cute house.»

«This place was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. It was a basement apartment below the owners home and was quiet and comfortable. However, I would suggest the host add a lamp or two in the main bedroom so when you turn out the light at night to go to bed you can see your way back to the bed. Also I think the host should add mattress covers to the beds. When we stripped the bed in the main bedroom the mattress had stains on it that looked kinda gross.»

«We rented the Bear Springs Retreat as a central gathering place for our daughter's graduation from Utah State. The property and location were amazing and checked all the boxes. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, plus all the activities you could hope for for kids and adults alike. Tons of space and amenities! Everyone in our group loved this place!! Mountain views from every angle and you are far enough outside of town to enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding area.»

«We stayed for two nights at the ranch and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My kids loved visits from the owner's fluffy dog as well as getting to visit the other farm animals. The house has a great porch and the yard is perfect for playtime. We loved the decor inside the home as it was warm and welcoming as was the host. Thank you for sharing your home with us!»

«This house is so cute! It's been renovated but still has its original charm. Beautiful spacious kitchen, and plenty of bedrooms for everyone. Low traffic area, and only about 10/15 minutes from Logan (we were there on a Sunday, everything in Smithfield was closed). Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!»

«I give this a score of 11 out of 10! Absolutely fantastic silo loft, with every high end convenience. Perfectly located half way between Zion (east gate) and Bryce. Hosts are super nice and responsive (talked me through getting the grill started by phone, even though they were away for the weekend). This place is a romantic getaway for any couple (it's well designed for 2 people: king bed, 2-seater couch, 2-seater dining table). «The propertie's location is very convenient to all the ski resorts in the area, Nordic Valley is right next door. This is a large cabin that will easily accommodate 4-5 families, with good layout and very functional, upstairs loft was our favourite place but I would also put a TV there instead of the family room downstairs that's very close to some of the bedrooms. Kitchen is well equipped and allowed our group to prepare many nice meals. We might be returning next year if the price is right!»

«This was an amazing experience! My husband and I stayed here for the weekend after we got married and it was the perfect little getaway for a quiet weekend together. We loved the whole loft house - great amount of space. We loved having the breakfast food that was provided (eggs, cheese and veggies as well as waffles/pancakes).
