«The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!»

«We have a group of 20+ college girlfriends in our 50's now who get together every other year. We have stayed here twice, and this is our favorite home to come to. The home is very clean, it is lovely, the location is great, the kitchen is well stocked, management company process was very smooth, etc. We hope to stay here again.»

«This condo we stayed in at Palmetto’s was a cozy place to stay there was two bedrooms two bathrooms a small kitchen with stove and large fridge. Just what a couple or a small family needs the beds where comfortable!! One of the bedrooms has a set of doors that walk out to the deck from the living room you also can reach the deck. «When this property was first built they would enclose the pool and hot tub area so that it would have an indoor pool and hot tub but we were disappointed to come this time and it was not enclosed and the pool isn’t heated. The wind off the ocean makes it very cold. We stay at Ocean Enclave in November 2023 as well and they didn’t enclose the pool area either. It was very cold and uncomfortable considering the amount of money spent for the stay. »
