«We loved our stay despite other bad reviews about the construction going on, on property. We went with all inclusive and the food, staff, views and pool/beach were all amazing. Cave swimming was a great surprise and the spa was unique. Updated hotel room with balcony and new and beautiful restaurant opened a few days before we arrived. We will definitely return »

«The staff was excellent and extremely courteous. The property is beautiful and the main pool is like no other. The room seemed recently refurbished and had a nice new feel to it, however, the furniture seemed like the same previous furniture. Food was great and the buffet had good variety. Overall it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.»

«We had a week long stay at the Palms and were extremely happy with everything from the property to the service. The rooms were very nice and spacious and allowed us to feel like we were living in a house. The pool area was larger enough to enjoy even when crowded and the views from the rooms and the pools were amazing. «A really nice five star hotel. Our butler Daniel was really helpful and checked in on us daily. The food and drinks were good. We ended up eating mostly at the buffet or room service. You had to check daily what restaurant that would be open and men have to wear long pants and long sleeves shirts to eat there. This ia fine but we feelt that at the restaurants everything went a bit to fast. It was kind of in and out in 20 minutes since all the food is pre prepared. So we only eat there twice. The ...
