«Our first room had a dead cockroach by the entrance. The room smelled like mildew & there was another bug in our room. I called to get our room changed & they accommodated us. The second room smelled nice and it was very clean. Took both of my daughters to this resort and we loved it. The coqui water park was a lot of fun as well as the beautiful Palomino island. The food and drinks are expensive, the only place we enjoyed was a restaurant in La Marina which we had to take the funicular to get ...

«Amazing property, terrible service and incompetence. The property is so nice, however, that I would recommend to stay there and just eat outside. And just accept that the employees can't help with anything. But for the price they charge you can get better value many other places in the Caribbean. »

«Clean beach, nice water to swim in, quite in the apartmens building. Really nice. Took a long time to check in, could be more staff to handle the customers check in. Cleaning personel asked if we were finsihed in 10 minutes so they could clean the room, but they cleaned after 2-4 hours. A little bit confusing.»

«This location was just far away enough from the city to make it feel private. Beautiful well kept grounds and Golf course. The rooms were comfortable and our ocean view was top notch! The service was very slow in the restaurants and bars but all employees were talkative very friendly. The casino was small and only one shop to browse. The prices for food and drinks were expensive. Never figured out how to work the espresso machine in our room.( I miss the drip) So 2 large coffees will cost ...
