«Tool my mom on a vacation for mothers day and the 5 nights we stayed was outstanding. The staff was just so friendly all the time. We had the rooms with the butler service and they just made it so easy to do everything and anything. There was always something to do and eat. Nights were cool as they had things to each night. There were also different things to do just about each hour of the day. The gym got a lot of my attention and then we'd find things to do around. »

«Went for a mother/ daughter trip and felt very safe at all times. Super friendly and super helpful staff! Very relaxing. We loved the food at north pointe bar the best, although it was all good!! Everything here is top notch! Would definitely return, and this is actually my second time here! Accommodations are beautiful and the scenery spectacular! »

«There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! »

«This property was beautiful, and peaceful. I was only able to stay for a few days but I was still able to experience how warm and welcoming the entire staff was. The food was also amazing, one of the best that I experienced at an all inclusive resort. Everything was flavorful, which is exactly how I like it. The resort had amazing bartenders as well. When I come back to Jamaica I promise to stay at this resort again. My friend and I had an amazing time.»

«I stayed at this property from 3/23/23 to 3/28/23 when i was on my way to rhe property i called owner to meet us whoever answered was very rude and not customer service friendly then i was given a number for house manager who saved the day Mr. Anderson was the best great customer service he immediately came to meet me i was so angry and tired but Mr. Anderson made me smile. "Overall nice, somewhere between resort and hotel. But look on Expedia, not their own website! Family of 4, with 2 kids (aged 4 and 7) Pros: Doctors Cave Beach is very nice, with good snorkelling. Good food, with plenty of options. Nice pool and hot tub. Nice rooms. Pool table, gym and chess board. Cons: Don’t trust their website… There is no kids club / kids room. There are some activities for kids on some days, but they might or might not happen. There is a schedule of activities, but less than half actually happened. Kids excited for dance lessons, but the instructor never showed. Same for other activities. And no one could tell us in advance if they were happening. Website also talks about several restaurant. There is only 2. The main buffet, and a grill open from 12-17. Pluss a café for some cakes/fruits. There is no Italian restaurant as advertised. Also, there is a road between the hotel and the beach. Not really a problem, but they give the impression that they are on the beach. You only get a free pass to use Doctor Cave Beach daily. Overall it was a nice stay, but as kids club/kids room was one of the reason we chose it, I can only give 3 stars. "
