«Clean, convenient. Melanie kept in touch regarding access to the unit, etc. close to Seattle Center, nice grocery store across the street, friendly coffee shop on the corner. It is on a main street and is loud, making sleep difficult.»

«Beautiful heritage building with a quirky elevator, but I liked the character. Very large bedroom, living room, kitchen, etc. Clawfoot tub. On the negative side, next to the skytrain track so tended to hear that until trains stopped. It might get very hot in the summer, as we only had fans, no AC. Various social services nearby so some may be uncomfortable with the area. Staff were great!»

«Was a bit smaller than I anticipated:; more pictures would be helpful. But it is close to the airport and the neighborhood is safe and other than airplanes are very quiet. The property manager was very helpful and very easy to get a hold of they have put TLC into their small space adjunct to their home. My rating would be 4.5 just as a few more visual details would be good.»

«We stayed in 442, it was very clean and unique. Communications were good. Area was fun to be in, near Seatle University. We would suggest a couple of things be included with the rental. A TV and more amenities in the kitchen (can opener, wine opener, baking pans, colander). In the bedrooms either shelves or a small dresser for non hanging clothes. In the area where the couch is, maybe a table to place things on. From Apt 442 it is hard to see the mountains, but nice views of the overall area.»

«I’ve stayed here several times over the years all the way back to 2015ish. After Covid this location definitely needed an overhaul in their rooms just due to wear and tear over time. I did notice they had done some updates like painting the kitchen countertops, swapping out some door fronts, new toilets, new shower liners, new tvs, new chairs/couches. But this isn’t in every room it’s a few things here and there sprinkled about. My most recent stay I actually encountered a room that had some of ...

«Nice that it has free washer and dryer use unlike other hotels/motels where you have to pay quarters to use it. Love that the room comes with free amenities and bedroom is separate from the livingroom. Costs a little more than other places and I feel is a upgrade. Great bonus! I'll continue coming here instead of motel 6 ANYDAY, HANDS DOWN. »
