«Overall, we had a great experience at this cabin. The listing was 100% accurate and we couldn’t have been happier with the property. The lake was absolutely beautiful and quiet as we saw plenty of wildlife while out on our boats. The sleeping accommodations were fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. «Our group of thirteen (ranging in ages 4-80) stayed at the Mountain Modern chalet for 5 nights at the beginning of May to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday. We found that the property perfectly suited our needs. It was super spacious with plenty of bedrooms (most of which had ensuite bathrooms). It was clean and bright and modern - also comfortable. «I’ve stayed here several times over the years all the way back to 2015ish. After Covid this location definitely needed an overhaul in their rooms just due to wear and tear over time. I did notice they had done some updates like painting the kitchen countertops, swapping out some door fronts, new toilets, new shower liners, new tvs, new chairs/couches. «Nice that it has free washer and dryer use unlike other hotels/motels where you have to pay quarters to use it. Love that the room comes with free amenities and bedroom is separate from the livingroom. Costs a little more than other places and I feel is a upgrade. Great bonus! I'll continue coming here instead of motel 6 ANYDAY, HANDS DOWN. »
