Final he answered the phone over an hour after our check in time, and told me they just got it ready. The space inside was nice and big. However, there were no amenities like hand soap, extra blankets or the like. There wasn't even a top sheet on the bed and the only sheet on there had a cigarette burn in it. «This stay exceeded our expectations. So much room to spread out and relax. The private balcony with comfy patio furniture was absolutely perfect for a day outside watching for the solar eclipse. Clean, cozy furniture made for a great time indoors as well. The added garage to use with bikes inside for the nearby bike trail was the cherry on top. Outstanding hosts….will be returning if ever in the area again. The Spark next door has excellent coffee as well. Thank you!»

«We had a great stay in Indianapolis. The unit was extremely clean, comfortable and stylish. The kids really enjoyed the fuse ball table and there were plenty of appliances/cookware for us to enjoy a home cooked meal together and well as being feet away from at least 5 restaurants. Will definitely book with them again.»

«We enjoyed this stay and were grateful for the proximity to Eagle Creek Park. Slight smell of smoke as you entered the building, but that disappeared once we entered our unit. Kitchen is outfitted for light cooking. 3 Smart TVs was a plus. Beds are comfortable and soft. Good communication with our host.»

«Awesome location right in the heart of Arts district. Can walk to so many restaurants and shops or just people watch near the Monon trail. We loved the close proximity to the CoHatch where we were attending a baby shower. As listed, there are two flights of stairs in the condo but as long as you don't mind that it was perfect.»

«We stayed here to see the eclipse and it was a great little one bedroom apartment. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe and many Indianapolis attractions are within walking distance. My only complaint is that the bed and couch were not very comfortable.»

«We stayed at the property for 12 days and loved it. House is in a very nice and in a quiet neighborhood. Everything in the house worked as it should and seemed clean. I did see one review about the house being a condo and hearing a dog bark from the otherside. I will say I never herd a dog or anything noise threw are entire stay. The upstairs space is a little small but having such a large basement definitely made up for it. I would highly recommend to anyone»
