With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a secondary living/sleeping space in the basement, you’ll have ample space for your group! Complete with a fully functional kitchen (see below for more details), a washer and dryer in-unit, fast internet for staying in touch, and a smart TV, you will have every essential amenity available to you!

Situated in a suburban neighborhood, our home is only a short 5-10 minute drive from an array of restaurants and activities, including Midtown Plaza. This restored industrial area provides a unique and urban-style atmosphere where you can enjoy food, drinks, and entertainment. Whether you’re in the mood for sightseeing, a good bite to eat, or some retail therapy, you’ll be just within arms reach at our little homebase. ** DETAILS TO NOTE **
– Please note that this unit is part of a duplex so there will be a shared wall with the neighbor
– The fireplace is decorative only
-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process via lockbox so you can drive up any time after check in and access on your own.
– We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
– Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
– Pets are welcome for a $150 fee plus $50 for each additional. Please note:
1. We must be advised in advance if you are bringing pets and the fees must be paid prior to check-in. Exceptions apply for service animals, but proof that your pet is a service animal must be provided.
2. You must clean up after your pets including bagging any waste in the yard or common areas. Cleaning up pet waste or excessive hair could result in additional cleaning fees.
3. Pets must not be left unattended at the property.
4. Pets must be leashed in areas accessible to other people.
5. Any aggressive behavior or noise that could disturb neighbors could result in fines or eviction.
– Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
