Top-Floor Brick Loft for 14 - Free Parking

Summary:
Bring the group to a top-floor loft in a remodeled 100-year-old downtown Indy building, with exposed brick and tall windows. Four bedrooms: two with two queens each, a king room with an attached bathroom and a cozy twin room, plus a suite bathroom with a tub and double vanity. Big sectional, a dining table for the group and a galley kitchen with a gas range. Walk 3 minutes to the Convention Center and Gainbridge Fieldhouse. One free garage parking pass is included.

The Space:
Step into a century-old building, fully remodeled, on the top floor. An entry hallway runs along the galley kitchen, with a gas range, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with stools, into the open main area.

The living room has a large sectional and a TV under tall windows and exposed brick, next to a dining table for the group. The two-queen barn-door room opens right off the living area.

Down the main hallway, the two-queen suite has its own bathroom with a bathtub, a separate walk-in shower and a double vanity. The king bedroom can be entered through its own door or through its attached bathroom. That bathroom also has a door to the living area, so the king guests can lock that side and keep it to themselves, or share it with the group.

The twin bedroom has barn doors; its walls give privacy but do not reach the ceiling. A washer and dryer are in the laundry closet, and a robot vacuum runs daily.

The beds sleep 11; up to 3 more guests can sleep on the living room couch, which does not pull out.

The Neighborhood:
Step out into downtown Indianapolis for game-night crowds, restaurants and an easy walk back after a concert. Gainbridge Fieldhouse and the Indiana Convention Center are nearby, while Lucas Oil Stadium and Monument Circle are also within walking distance. Commission Row offers a nearby dinner option, and the surrounding downtown blocks mix casual food, bars and places to stop for coffee.

For a change of pace, explore the trails and museums around White River State Park, approximately 1 mile away and roughly 5–10 minutes by car. Downtown also offers shopping, public art and the Indianapolis Cultural Trail. Driving distances and times are approximate and vary with your route, traffic and events.

This is a lively downtown setting: nightlife and event activity can be audible, especially in the evening and on weekends.

Getting Around:
Walking is a convenient way to reach nearby stadiums, the Convention Center, restaurants and downtown attractions. For destinations farther afield, use a taxi or rideshare, or bring a car. One free Union Station garage parking pass is included for one vehicle, one block south of the building. Pick up the card inside the condo before entering the garage. Additional parking is available for purchase, subject to availability and event pricing.

Other Things to Note:
PROPERTY NOTES
The twin bedroom's walls give privacy but do not reach the ceiling. The king bathroom has a second door to the living area. Downtown nightlife and event noise may be audible, especially Thursday through Saturday.

PLEASE PROVIDE AN AFFIRMATIVE RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING:
While we allow up to 14 guests, the beds sleep 11: four queen beds, a king bed and a twin bed. It is up to the group to decide whether up to three guests sleep on the living room couch, which does not pull out. Please review the layout and photos carefully and feel free to ask us any questions.
• No bookings for guest under the age of 25
• Underage teenagers trying to throw a party is not allowed. I will show up with the police and press charges.
• NO smoking inside the house or garage. Smoking outside is completely ok.
• NO use of firearms or fireworks on the premises.
• All damage will be considered intentional/reckless if not reported via email/messenger or phone.
• Pets are not allowed.
• A determination will be made as to whether any damage was intentional/reckless or accidental. Guests will accept responsibility for any non-accidental issues and will be charged for compensation. Stuff happens and we are not here to nickel and dime you. This is meant for reckless activity.
• You are limited to the number of guests on the reservation plus 2. If you would like more just confirm first.
• Unless receiving prior approval, check-in , and check-out must be followed for cleaning, maintenance, and other bookings. ($100/hour fine)

CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS
1. Leave used beds unmade. If you strip them, leave the sheets on the mattress or in a laundry basket.
2. Placing used dishes in the dishwasher and starting it is greatly appreciated.
3. Gather your trash
4. Remove leftover food from the refrigerator. Unopened food and drinks may be left for the cleaning team.
5. Starting a load of used towels is appreciated but totally optional.
6. Please let us know if you check out early so we can coordinate with our cleaning team, it's much appreciated!
7. After exiting the parking garage, please return the parking card to the condo.
