«Leilighetsanlegg litt utenfor Kona sentrum. Store rom med alle fasiliteter; kjøkken, oppvaskmaskin, vaskemaskin, tørketrommel. Stor terrasse, og flott utsikt til sjøen. Parkering i underetasjen. Hvis en ønsker nye håndklær daglig samt fjerning av avfall, er det mot ekstra betaling som kan bestilles ved ankomst. Men ikke noe problem å vaske håndklærne selv, siden det var vaskemaskin i leiligheten. 1 familiebasseng og et "voksen" basseng på området. Vi prøvde kun det "voksne" bassenget, dette var ...

«This was a great property. The grounds and condo were beautiful. Small amount of beach stuff to use. Washer and dryer came in handy. It would have been nice to have some tupperware or foil in the kitchen. The walls are thin and we could hear every step made upstairs. There is a nice quiet bay within walking distance. »

«Nice property in a nice, well kept community. Fairway Villas is not a resort, but a community with privately owned condos. The short term condos scattered amongst private vacation homes or more permanent residences are best suited for families that wish a peaceful dwelling. No housekeeping, towel or bedlinnen changes included, you get a set per resident at arrival. The inhouse "classic US" GE laundry machine worked as quickly and poorly as expected, but it helped us keeping towels and sweaty ...

«Beautiful setting in a remote location. The condominium was very comfortable, almost like home. Wish we could have stayed longer. If you are going to stay at Colony I, do your grocery shopping before arriving. Closest grocery store is a 30 min. drive. Same with dining. Be mindful that there are few restaurants near the property, and after 6 PM it's a 30 min drive minimum. »

My teens picked this property because of the 80’s Hawaiian vibe and we loved it, so fun! Great location! «I honestly cannot say enough about my stay at this property. The condo itself was very nice and clean and the property owner was very attentive and communicated everything well. Above all else though is the location as you really couldn’t ask for a better location with a perfect view of the sunset every night. «My husband and I honeymooned here in early May 2024. The pictures on the listing are EXACTLY what to expect we were so excited to see the view in person. The building itself is a little dated, but as soon as we got to our room we completely forgot about it. When we first arrived we were nervous about the noise level we would hear from being so close to the street, however the waves themselves were so loud we couldn’t hear anything over them. «My husband had a great time staying in this condo. It's directly across the street from the ocean and everything is comfortable. We especially love the lanai where we would sit every night and watch the people going up and down Alii Dr., watch the sunset, and just listen to the waves. I would definitely stay there again.»

«Despite some not-so-great weather, we enjoyed our stay at Stephen and Donna's beautiful condo in Kona. It is very spacious and for 2 couples, the two bedrooms with king beds was perfect, with an extra bathroom to boot! We loved that it was a short walk from all of the great shops and restaurants in Kona and it was fully stocked with all the beach supplies.....even a flat iron and curling iron. Highly recommend!»
