«The hotel was at a very nice spot in Neath with the train station and main street just down the road. The employees were very helpful when we got there and when we asked for anything, but the hotel was a bit run down. The elevator smelled bad when it had been stationary above the basement for a bit. «Headline says it all. Belongings worth several hundreds disappeared from the room and when we talked to the staff about it they brushed it off as my own fault and that I probably lost it. Granted, we were probably not the tidiest of guests, but that does not mean stuff can be taken as punishment. We paid a high fee (100 pounds) for spilling salsa on the duvet, which should have been more than enough.
