The wonderful part, you are just a few steps away from the dunes and beach and only a few steps away from the local pub. The owners are warm and welcoming. «The hotel was at a very nice spot in Neath with the train station and main street just down the road. The employees were very helpful when we got there and when we asked for anything, but the hotel was a bit run down. The elevator smelled bad when it had been stationary above the basement for a bit. The room was nice and big, but the air-condition didn't work so it got very warm and humid in there. Every night was uncomfortably sweaty. The cleaning seemed to be done by one or two people only and ...

«Safe and quiet area with pleasant views. Ceri the lady who checked is in was very pleasant and made us feel very welcome. The ladies in the bar/restaurant were very friendly and accommodating as was the chef. The breakfast was excellent - good quality and plenty of it. We are more than happy to return again. »

«Really enjoyed my stay at the Tower hotel and spa, the staff are super friendly and efficient and the food is delicious I had the roast lamb dinner both nights of my stay because it was so delicious, I didn’t sleep very well on my first night in the tower and mentioned this to a lovely lady who worked in the restaurant and in no time at all they moved me to another room, nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be returning. »
