«It was difficult to get the exact address from the host, even when we were parked on the same street and looking for it. The area was nice and the property was nice overall, and the hamper was very nice and welcome. However, some surfaces were very dusty and under the bed and sofa were absolute filthy, which I found out when I dropped something and had to retrieve it and my arm emerged absolutely covered in dust and hair and general dirt.»

«The house is warm and comfortable, perfect if the Welsh weather is not playing ball! The location is perfect - both in terms of the wonderful views but also for visiting the many local attractions. During our week’s stay in April we visited the Zipworlds at Betws-y-coed and Penrhyn Quarry as well as the steam train at Blaenau Ffestiniog and Conwy castle. All within 15-35 minutes drive. «This property is the worst place I have ever stayed in, I stay in a lot off air brb as I work away from home a lot. Nothing comes close to this place, absolute dump, mold all over the upstairs, rubbish still on the floor looks like the cleaner gave up years ago. We arrived at the property after waiting 3 hours to be told someone was in there who shouldn’t have been. Key code was wrong took an hour to get that. No towels no toilet roll absolute disgusting also had a smell to the house. I would ...

«We was met as soon as we arrived by clare. Cottage lovely and clean. The bed was so comfortable. The electric fire didnt give a lot of heat out but there was a spare electric heaterunder the stairs. The only thing i would suggest is maybe a throw in the living room just to snuggle under on an evening.»

«We loved staying here, really comfortable and everything was there we needed. The flat is in a great location for a wander down to the beach (3 mins) or up to the castle. We did a day trip to Tenby too. The kids loved it! Would love to stay longer next time. Thank you for a wonderful stay!»

«3 generations holiday. Centrally located, lots of space. Ideal for our needs. Complimentary extras were a lovely touch. The decoration wasn’t perfect but it really didn’t matter. It was very clean when we arrived and communication prior to our arrival was good. Street was quiet but close to all attractions. We struggled working the TV at first but got there in the end.
