«A really nice five star hotel. Our butler Daniel was really helpful and checked in on us daily. The food and drinks were good. We ended up eating mostly at the buffet or room service. You had to check daily what restaurant that would be open and men have to wear long pants and long sleeves shirts to eat there. This ia fine but we feelt that at the restaurants everything went a bit to fast. It was kind of in and out in 20 minutes since all the food is pre prepared. So we only eat there twice. The ...

«Tivemos uma excelente estadia nesse hotel! O quarto era limpo, grande e bem espaçoso, com roupas de camas e toalhas de ótima qualidade. O staff nos recebeu super bem e estava sempre pendente para atender nossas necessidades da melhor maneira. Os restaurantes eram deliciosos. No Blue Marlin, em especial, comemos super bem! «I absolutely loved Excellence El Carmen. It is a large, beautifully manicured property. It has many pools, bars and restaurants. It also has a different live entertainment every night of the week. Food is also very good. Especially loved room service breakfast, Aroma coffee and desert place and dinners at French, Mexican and Indian restaurants. Staff is also very nice and polite. This place is perfect if you are looking for a relaxing and restful ambiance. Highly recommend!»

We had a great time as a family and no problems or concerns whatsoever. It's a beautiful property and the beach area is perfect.
