«We stayed for a week with our teenagers and friends. The house was wonderful. The views are amazing and can’t be beat. The cleaning lady that came was lovely. We did try to reach out and ask about the upstairs toilet that was out of order to see if it could be fixed but never heard back from the manager. One couple was sleeping upstairs in the outside bedroom and having that bathroom would have been a game changer (not having to ask to use one of the others in someone’s bedroom). Other than that ...

«There was a problem checking in. The prior guests did not checked out on time. We end up checking in an 1 1/2 past the normal check in time. The unit was lovely, a little dark because the windows are inside the building. It was well equipped. The shower was a challenge because it was either too hot or too cold, not easy to regulate the temperature, must be because the unit has a boiler. Extremely well located.»

«Room was lovely met our needs . Pool fabulous but it had a lot of rules . Could not bring your own refreshments or food . At a condo I would have thought I could . The walk is exhausting even with the little funicular up the steep part . Staff were always friendly and accommodating as best as they could . Check in was in a separate building, from the pinnacle I was staying at . Over all we did enjoy our stay . Glad we had a car . »

«To review this property, you must rate the check in/out process differently from the condo/building itself. The check in/out process is super inconvenient. I would give it a 2/10. You must get your keys from another hotel that is eight blocks away (0.4 miles). This is not a “short walk” as it is stated. Dragging your luggage through the streets is not ideal. «I stayed 2 weeks. It is very close to the beach! Walking distance to the Malecon. The room was large with a kitchenette. A microwave would have been a great addition but you can certainly survive without one. Bed was comfortable. There's also a small "balcony" off the bedroom. It would have been nice to have chairs.The pool isn't as large as it looks in the photos but was still great to use. Not at all that noisy. Staff are very helpful and friendly! »
