«Windsong on the Reef was terrific. Not a huge property so it was nice to not feel crowded like some of the other resorts. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Water Boys were also nice and fun to talk to. Our oceanfront suite was very large and open and was updated. I would definitely return to this property. »

«We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is laid out nicely and it’s very easy to get around. In regards to location, you can’t get any more central to all - stores, restaurants, and snorkelling. They are updating their pool/bar area which is slotted for September - Dec ‘24 which should help keep it in line with the newer resorts.»

«We loved our stay!!! Service/staff was great, rooms were beautiful, spacious and clean, the property is so pretty, the beach was amazing, and the food was excellent! BLT steakhouse is on the property and it was AMAZING! The pools are also really nice but my kids were too big for the kid’s pool (9&12 years old) and you have to be 18 to go in the adult pool so that was the only downfall. I highly recommend it here and would definitely stay again! »

«Amazing hotel, kids friendly, clean, staff was amazing and especially Doudeline, she served us at Almond Tree restaurant and by the pool a few days, went up and beyond anything expected, incredible customer service, amazing with our kid, just her alone make us want to come back to this resort. Cannot say enough of her excellent and amazong service, top notch, 12 out of 10 stars because of her! »

«Best resort i have ever stayed at. We walked to the other resorts in Grace Bay, and we were so happy we chose Seven Stars. The place is so clean and the staff is so friendly. The rooms and complimentary items were incredible. Like no place I have ever stayed. The breakfast buffet is great. The Seven which is a fine dining restaurant at the resort is so good. You do not have to lift a finger while you are staying here!»

«Beautiful view, clean and updated hotel. Our unit was right in front of the pool and sometime there were loud noises early morning or late night. The hotel management needs to do a better job enforcing quiet hours so guests nearby pool area can enjoy serenity. We woke up one morning at 6 in morning by a patron splashing in the swimming pool and when I informed the security guard, he did nothing to prevent the loud disturbance. »
