"At first I thought the room was small as it is in the picture. We stayed at the double room plus and the room was great. We also have a big toilet with bathtub. We stayed for 7 days, checking in was easy the main hotel is right outside the corner just a short distance. It's there we inform that we check in. A little instructions from the receptionist and a n offer of beverages is a plus, because its really quite warm in Switzerland. We used phone to enter the main door and our room which is quite easy. The Zurich hb is only a minute walk fastest entry and exit is in Zolltrasse. The aircon was cold which is very needed with the extreme heat wave in Switzerland. Our room was clean and tidy everyday. We request for an extra pillow and came very fast. Elevator is quite small only a person and a big baggage can fit in. A free bottled water inside the room was a plus. They have coffee /tea machine downstairs which is quite excellent. We didn't try breakfast as Migros is just around the corner, you can buy everything there. Starbucks also is down the main hotel. Over all the hotel is quite central and we really enjoyed ou stay. Checking out is quite easy as you can do it in your phone. We will book again the next time we visit Zurich."
