This is not a 2 star property - This is a 4 star Hotel! Modern. Clean. Excellent amenities (even washer and dryer on site). And the staff were over and above - 5 star staff. I would highly recommend!

It was actually very nice hotel with friendly employees. The only disadvantage is if your neighbor smokes and sleeps late making noise by playing the outside curtain in the mid of night, it’s nightmare.

Vos impressions laissent à penser que nous avons bien fait les choses en montrant bien que chez nous le sérieux et le professionnalisme sont des termes que nous ne considérons pas comme vains, au contraire.Pour nous, il faut que vous soyez aussi à l’aise chez nous que chez vous, d’où l’importance d’être performants sur des paramètres clés comme le confort, l’entretien minutieux et l’excellente atmosphère. Notre personnel est bien connu pour son caractère sympathique et son travail reflète un professionnalisme de chaque instant : il est choisi selon des critères bien précis et cela se voit !Il est aussi utile que nous précisions que l’établissement dispose de quatre catégories de chambres présentant des attributs différents : nous sommes désolés d’apprendre que vous avez trouvé le lit un peu petit dans la vôtre. Certaines catégories comme la Business disposent de lits en 140, mais si vous désirez quelque chose de plus grand, c’est tout à fait possible ! Hôtel bien situé à 400 mètres du tramway direct pour le centre de Zurich. En revanche, aucune possibilité de stationnement dans le secteur; tout est privé ou zone bleue ou encore voies sans stationnement. Accueil très agréable et petit déjeuner très bien.

Elle vous permet d’être en un clin d’œil au centre de Zurich grâce à son excellente connexion au réseau de transport en commun, et rend aisés les déplacements vers ou depuis l’aéroport ou la gare.Si l’environnement urbain rend compliqué le stationnement dans la zone, il n’en demeure pas moins qu’il est facile de se mouvoir dans la ville grâce notamment au tramway qui se trouve à proximité. Sachez par ailleurs qu’il existe des places de parking en option, tant souterraines qu’extérieures : n’hésitez pas à nous demander des détails en vue de l’organisation d’un autre séjour.L’établissement est par ailleurs heureux d’accueillir ses hôtes qu’il a à cœur de traiter de manière à ce qu’ils se sentent à la maison, fidèle en cela à sa devise « home away from home » ! D’où l’accueil toujours courtois, le buffet copieux de petit-déjeuner et les chambres aux équipements très complets, dont les quatre catégories couvrent tous les goûts et besoins. Very good hotel, spacious with a simply kitchen. Overall is awesome, except for my room at L1 where people smoking downstairs right below the window. That’s the problem being at low floor. Other than this, nothing else negative.

The property have few amenities, and expedia VIP customers didnt even have the proper perks as promised. One male front desk agent even approached us that we are not entitled for breakfast. I clearly told the agent/receptionist that we booked for 2 breakfast, however he insisted that I only entitled for one. The perks for room upgrade and other amenities were not given. I called expedia customer service and they called the front desk to clarify things. End of the story, the guy completely didnt understand my booking. Expedia did a good job for clearing up the fuss. It was early in the morning and I was treated like this. The facility has not enough amenities, it doesnt even offer continental breakfast. I only rated this as three stars because of Natalie/Natalia of the service desk in the reception. She is very friendly, helped us throughout our stay and accommodate our needs during our stay. Without her, I didnt even feel as VIP guest.

The room was clean. Spacious for a European hotel. Terrible pillows. No a/c in the hotel so the room was very hot, even with the window open. It made it hard to sleep at night. 10 min walk to main train station or 5 min walk to bus stop. Grocery stores near by. Really good breakfast and coffee. Nice hotel but I wouldn’t stay here again in the summer. I’d find a hotel with som air condition.

No frills great hotel in Zurich
This hotel was great. It was quite basic and no-frills but we really enjoyed it. The service was excellent, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was great and it was located really conveniently for multiple types of transport.

I must say although not what I initially expected the hotel was cute and convenient as well as staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. My only complaint was no air conditioning! But, since the weather was not the best most of our trip I suppose it was ok with no AC. Definitely a quiet more peaceful place which I love so if you’re into the loud or social scene then this might not work out for you.
