We would like to assure you, though, that we put the highest importance on our room inspections. Before you unpack, we’ve already checked every corner to make sure your stay is bug-free, ensuring there are no unwelcome surprises. However, it is possible for small bugs to find their way in, especially with windows open during springtime. Giving a friendly face to speak to throughout their stay is a big part of life at Ruby, so it's a pity you had the feeling our service wasn't up to scratch while you were at Ruby Mimi. We'll be sure to forward your feedback to our hosts. Regarding the room category, our records show that you booked the Lovely category and were provided a Lovely room after the switch. As we often make our hotels home in existing properties, we are very creative with floor plans. This results in many different room geometries and unique room designs, meaning that not every room looks exactly alike. They are not worse, just different – and they never miss any room features of the category you have booked. We still hope you'll give us another chance sometime and stay with us again.
