Hotel wasn't very dirty, but definitely it wasn't the 4* experience. Bed was clean, but floor definitely not. As-from-prision toilet was a bit creepy and was possible to hear what person on the higher floor is doing. Additionaly lack of slippers and the overall weird atmosphere. Definitely I won't get back to this hotel. I slept in many more better 3 * hotel or 4 * hotels, but this one was the worst. Maybe is the matter of a specific room, but I am not satisfied.

We checked in at 8:00 p.m. and have to stand in line for around 20 minutes. I don't understand the point of doing online checking if I then have to stand in line for a long time. The room was dirty. We have pictures of a dirty towel that was folded and put back in our room. The wall had spatters of something brown. The bathroom had a little brown spot that I cleaned off in one wipe. The bed sheets had hairs and other little particles. One coffee mug still had coffee stains and the other mug had water droplets. With the general state of our room I was not confident that our mugs were actually washed with soap. Not a good feeling to come into a room that feels like it hasn't been cleaned properly.

Avoid this hotel at all costs, unless you enjoy a shower in the middle of your bedroom, no A/C, strange electrical outlets that all seem to be controlled by one switch, horrible shuttle service, and a non-existent gym.

Great hotel for a lot less money than the ‘at the airport’ properties. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel is hard to get a hold of. From the hotel to the airport is easy (you reserve it and pay 8 Swiss Franks).
The hotel itself is modern, clean and sufficient for business and family travelers.
