Medium standard hotell utenfor Zürich sentrum.
Hotellet ble valgt ut fra plassering ift flyplass og bedrift jeg skulle ha møte med. En kort taxitur fra flyplassen kom jeg til hotellet som ligger i et område utenfor sentrum av Zürich og med mye kontorbygg/ bedrifter i nærheten. Hotellet har en helt OK standard, men tilbyr ikke soesielt flotte fasiliteter. Restauranten hadde en enkel meny (sandwich BLT, bolognese, pluss noen lokale retter i tillegg til indisk (!) Merkelig kombinasjon, men det er kanskje en grunn til det?). Maten var OK - men ikke spesielt god. Rommet, på 2 etg, executive floor, var enkelt, men forholdsvis stort.

Enkelt, praktisk og bra
Praktisk og enkelt ved kort avstand til flyplassen, men uten støy fra flyplass. God service og helt OK rom, med liten TV, minibar og god seng. Dyrt å parkere. Lite fasiliteter på og i nærheten av hotellet. Enkelt å komme seg til sentrum av Zurich.

On the first night around 1am there were bugs on the bed which really put us off but they gave us another room straight away. After that the room was perfect. Location great near airport and easy travel to Zurich town . Breakfast was good. Overall it was a good stay.

Very disappointed!
Have stayed in many Novotel hotels including this one many times. Very disappointed with this hotel. Very dated and tired. Bar and restaurant were closed the whole time we were there. It's definitely not the same as when we stayed in the past. Children's play area was very poor. Hotel is under renovation and covered in scaffolding but we weren't told about this or what amenities were unavailable when booking. We hope the standards improve when work is done. If we knew what we know now we would not have stayed there

I wouldn't stay there again
Terrible cleaning of the rooms, I found objects from previous guests and bird feathers under the bed as well as hair in the food served for breakfast. Again during breakfast, I asked the employee if he could clean up the food residues under the table of those who had eaten before with the broom (so as not to get them stuck under my feet), he told me that it wasn't possible. The sauna does not reach the correct temperature and the spa shower was leaking water everywhere, practically unusable. However, the courtesy and kindness of the staff was excellent.

Rooms are outdated. The pictures of the rooms posted are deceptive. It's not renovated. There are stains on the floor and walls. The only good thing is tram connectivity. I wouldn't recommend it.

Das Hotel wirkt heruntergekommen und ungepflegt. Es fehlt an Liebe zum Detail. Auf unsere Reklamation wurde freundlich reagiert, wir haben die Info erhalten, dass sich das Hotel im Umbau befinde und alles renoviert werde. Das war auch zu erkennen. Trotzdem super schade, dass in der Zwischenzeit so wenig Wert auf Grundsätzliches gelegt wird.

We don't like the conditiin of hotel. It looks in pictures toally different from reality. The carpet was dirty and have smell in the room. Few of the staff are not nice.
