Godt flyplasshotell alternativ (pris & lokasjon)
God service i resepsjonen. Den italienske restauranten som er «en del av hotellet» hadde heller dårlig service, vi måtte vente lenge på å bli anvist sitteplass, selv om mange bord/plasser var ledig. Meget stive priser på heller trivielle retter. Biff /grill restauranten var stengt grunner privat arrangement. Godt tilbud mhp transport til flyplassen om morgningen (gratis), to stk minibusser med tilhengere for ski og bagasje.

there was a mistake on my booking through Expedia to the current date, and I called within two hours to notify of the mistake. I got the runaround between Expedia and the hotel and the hotel would not approve the date change. Expedia took my money for the entire night, saying that the hotel would not allow a change in date even though they had plenty of availability. I reached a couple of people at the hotel who could not approve any changes and said I had to go through email reservations and hotel manager, Who apparently told Expedia that I did not follow the proper rules. All they had to do was to approve the change. I would've been happy to pay an extra change fee, but not have to book an entire new reservation.

Wanted an easily accessible hotel out near the airport with a free shuttle for my last night in Switzerland and this was great for that. The only downside is that, other than the fairly expensive restaurant in the hotel, there really wasn’t anywhere else to eat.

Close to the airport and the local train station. The hotel had a shuttle to the airport which allowed us to get to the larger train station. Helpful staff. A lot of people were staying there but the hotel was super quiet. Does not have air conditioning and no screens on the windows so we had to keep them closed as wasps were attempting to fly in.

I rarely leave a review but I feel the need to warn those who are planning to stay in this hotel to think hard before booking. I can definitely say this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in and does not deserve being a 4-star hotel! All the bad reviews about the room being hot are true! Yes, they will tell you “our rooms feature individually controlled air conditioning” BUT their a/c just felt like a fan blowing some air and wasn’t cool enough for the room. Their a/c control is outdated and we have adjusted the control several times to make sure but it did not make any difference. We told the hotel staff about it and they gave us a mini desk fan. It was too small for the room and did not make it any cooler. We opened our window, it did help a bit with room temperature BUT we couldn’t sleep because of the external noise (moving cars, wind etc). Our 3 nights in the hotel were miserable! Their pillows feel like they are non-existent because of how flat they are. We barely had any sleep because of our hotel situation. If only we could just sleep in the hotel lobby because it is way cooler there LOL. I will never go back to this hotel again and will definitely not recommend it to friends and family. All you will probably get from the hotel manager are “i apologize for any inconvenience” and some excuses. Only plus side in the hotel is their staff. But that’s about it. This hotel needs to be upgraded & repaired in order for their customers to have a peaceful & wonderful stay.

A/c is terrible that the room was very hot and no chance to get the temperature down unless open the window. Consumable items, e.g. tissue, is limited to only one box/day!

I couldn't believe all the negative reviews. I thought this hotel was great. We were traveling with our 2 dogs and the staff were very accommodating. The room was clean, had a fridge, kettle and coffee supplies. The windows open (which i love) and the water pressure was great. The surrounding area is great as well. Grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance, and plenty of green spaces for the dogs. : )) My only disappointment was that the onsite restaurant didn't have the barbecued steaks they advertise. : (( It's a very busy hotel...bus loads of tourists and airline crew arriving daily.

This is advertised as a "4 star premium hotel". We weren't expecting a 2 star experience with outdated rooms which lacked air conditioning, not even air circulation. The staff was friendly and happy to assist, but they couldn't resolve the issues. We were given a mini fan by the janitor. We asked for another room, it was full. The next day we got another room but there it was the same. After moving to yet another room with the same issue, we gave up. Funny thing is: when you enter the lobby, everything is cool and smells nice. Nothing compared to the rooms where the guests actually are staying. The showers in the various rooms all had limescale and were leaking, so it seems structural.
