Oppholdet var komfortabelt, men savner air-conditioning. Heldigvis kan vi åpne vårt vindu og at vi hadde et rom mot bakgården så vi ikke hørte trafikken.
Frokosten var veldig bra og jeg var veldig fornøyd med den.
Hotell beliggenhet er sentralt - gå avstand til Zurich hauptbanhof, museum, shopping området, gamlebyen, restauranter.

Property is nice for a day or 2 tops. There were a couple issues. Yamei went above & beyond to make everything good. Her kindness & smile warms the room. The evening bartender was a bit rude, like I was asking too much from her to do her job by giving me ice. Overall it is a good stay for the area. Rooms are very hot so open up the windows & grab a fan

The hotel is located near the train station with easy access to tram services to other parts of Zurich. The room is clean but small. There's very weak airflow even if you turn the thermostat on and the window doesn't open so the room can get stuffy. It's a simple, no-frills hotel right near the city center. the hotel gets busy during check-in times in the afternoon so the staff is not very attentive if you need something from them

Everything was great (staff and room wise) except NO wifi for whole stay except for 30 min window..... the staff had to reset the modem, several people from different floors experienced same issue!.... I enquired 3 times regarding it, for people who need to do work and admin (which I did it was unacceptable). Having the drinks in the foyer was OK, but they were out of supplies. The curtain for the bathroom is also OK, but why not have in L shape so people can still access the toilet and exit/enter room when someone is showering? (free design suggestion, no payment needed :) )

Centrally located and 7-8 min. walk from Zürich HB. 10 min. walking to the old city and many options for dining. Clean room and friendly staff. Will definitely stay next time in Zurich!

The property is nice so is the room. But there’s no phone in the room so if you have questions about the room or things that doesn’t work in the room, you have to go all the way down to the concierge. I know Switzerland is a cold place but the time I was there, temps were in the low 70s. The room got too hot and there’s no AC. The staff said to just open the window, which I did then I see bugs flying into my room so I had to close the window.

Hotel was ok. It has a ventilation system but there is no AC. The front desk asked me to open the window for cooler temp, however bugs started going inside the room so I had to close it again. Otherwise, my stay was ok.

Reception was too clumsy. When we arrived there were so many people to checkin and it was all a chaos. There was no daily housekeeping and inspite of being so hot in Zurich , there were no ACs in the room which was informed only when we arrived there. Breakfast had very limited options with no live services at all. There was no kettle or any sort of coffee machine in room. There were lot of mosquitoes in the room as well. Also, outside the hotel there is construction going on so it’s a very unpleasant site.

Das Personal beim einchecken war sehr freundlich und hat deutsch gesprochen.Die Zimmer sind klein aber gemütlich und sauber aber recht warm. Im Sommer stelle ich es mir sehr warm vor. Zimmerreinigung hat am dritten Tag stattgefunden. Dabei wurde die Brille hinter das Nacht Kästchen geworfen und das ladekabel darunter eingezwickt. Da wäre mehr vorsicht besser. Das Frühstück war sehr gut ind vielfältig. Im großen und ganzen ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Before 8:00 am they were working or doing some kind of work since they were hammering from that time until we left aroun 10:00 am that was the only day we had time to sleep a bit more and it was not possible.

Staff was friendly and let me even check in early without charging me a fee to do so. Only downside was there was no air conditioning and we had to sleep with the window open. Other than that everything was great and very close to the train station and other shopping.
