The hotel was decent. The bed was comfortable and we were able to get a double sized bed in our room. There is a lot of construction going on in the surrounding area, which started at 7am on a weekday. The hotel breakfast was very crowded and pretty hectic. We were able to get parking in the below garage for $30 CHF which was very convenient.

The room we stayed was so outdated. The furnitures seem like they were still the original ones when the hotel was established. The lighting was awful. The bathroom was tiny and not at my par with cleanliness. It’s one square area with only a shower curtain separating the shower from the sink and the toilet and the curtain is not long enough so when one person showers, the other one cannot use the sink nor the toilet or you risk getting wet or get splash with water. The cons are the hotel is walking distance to the train station and trams. The dining area is nice and they serve quite a variety of breakfast selection. The staff are courteous.

Property is convenient close to main train station and a block from bus station which is where we did our best of Switzerland tours The beds are very soft and comfortable with nice large soft pillows. Our shower head kept coming off and spraying everywhere and sometimes water was Luke warm by our last day. It is next to an exotic sex shop but we never had any problems. The WiFi is spotty but office staff was very good at helping me get it to work . Very quiet at night and just remember there is no air conditioning so I wouldn't recommend staying here in summer months. The breakfast was basic but better than nothing, eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, fruits and cereal, breads. We liked the convenience of location. The check in is terrible. You can't check in a minute before 2 pm, then you have a computer to check in on with a line of people. Nobody helped me so the lady in line behind me helped me out, you also have to scan your own key. The staff should have been able to just check everyone in at a desk and hand out room keys. They really need to change this check in policy.

一緒に予約した同僚の分のオンラインチェックインメールが来なくて、オンライン上で困ったことががありました。到着時の受付で対処してくれました。 もらったカードキーで部屋を開けたらすでに先客がいました。似た名前の人と間違えてキーを発行したようです。部屋は古さを感じさせますが、滞在には問題ありませんでした。スイスはコンセントの形状がヨーロッパ圏のCタイプでなく独特なので、スイス用のアダプタが必要です。 朝ご飯が美味しかったです。

Like: Walkable from Zurich HB and shilaqui bus terminus. Dislike: In 48 hrs we met 3 receptionists , out of which 1 was not friendly. Rooms were clean in general but lights and carpet were not well maintained. Hair dryer wasn’t working(416 room), stains in commode (416 room), non functional stand lamps (411 room),faulty main door lock (411 room) were very annoying.

Hotel very close to the main railway station. Very convenient to easily access the city centre. The room was comfortable, however there was substantial amount of mould at the shower (room 502), there were stains on the table, and windows were not clean. Breakfast was acceptable and staff were trying their hardest. Reception staff were not available in the morning to check out nor the electronic system working for this function. I will recommend it for short stay if the hygienic aspect will improve.!

Hated online check in, goes against hospitality values. Breakfast food was very good but chaotic: tables were messy for a long time/ guests cleaned their own tables. This was because of lack of staff. The staff were too stretched to keep food & juices stocked up, bring out clean crockery & clean up tables. The choice and quality of the food was very nice & the dining room is a lovely space.

Zimmer leider sehr hellhörig. Nachbarn waren morgens recht früh schon laut. Hatten ein Zimmer zum Hof, somit war es von draußen aber sehr ruhig. Guten Frühstücksbuffet. Nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel empfehlen.

The hotel was very reasonably priced and really convenient as it was very close to the train station. The staff were nice enough but not especially helpful. The room was spacious and the shower very nice. There were virtually no places to charge electronics and no full length mirror. The area is a bit rough looking but probably partially due to its proximity to the train station. It worked for a one night stay.

It is a very average hotel. The good things is the location. Very small rooms. No air conditioner. Ok for one night if you want to stay near the station. Do not recommend for family.
