Hard is one of Zurich's up-and-coming neighborhoods, located west of the city center. The district is easily accessible on foot from the city's major attractions. Numerous cafes, restaurants, and two large supermarkets ensure culinary satisfaction. For sports enthusiasts, Hard offers the Hardau sports hall and a Crossfit fitness studio. To the south of Hard lies the impressive Letzigrund Stadium, with a capacity of 50,000 spectators. The neighborhood's green lung is the beautiful Bullingerhof Park. Hard is connected to the rest of the city via several bus, tram, and S-Bahn lines, with additional access to long-distance transportation through the Hardbrücke train station.

A security deposit of CHF4110 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
