Dear Karolina, thank you very much for taking the time to rate our house. The Parkhotel Zug has an agreement with a local taxi company for transfers to Zurich. The costs are between 150 and 180 CHF, depending on the traffic. Unfortunately, you did not order the taxi through us - so you were charged a normal taximeter price. Our laundry service is also active on weekends. We are not aware that laundry has not been delivered; and our room service is available daily for our guests on site from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.The Parkhotel Zug strives to offer our guests the best service and accommodation in its category. Despite everything, we hope that you were able to enjoy the free room upgrade to a junior suite with balcony, as well as the free early & late check-out.We are sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay and hope that on a future visit you will give us another chance to show you our hospitality.
