The living room has a large bay window with glazing giving access to a terrace facing the sea and a second bay window at the back giving access to a back terrace ideal for having lunch outside while staying out of the sun in summer. The living area enjoys a beautiful brightness with these two through openings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, Magimix filter coffee maker, Magimix robot and food processor, etc.. It is possible to access the main terrace (sea and pool side) and the back terrace of the kitchen.

The villa has several outdoor areas to relax throughout the day.
The swimming pool area: equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The infinity pool is 11*5m. An outdoor shower is also available.
The outdoor dining area: adjoining the kitchen, a covered terrace facing the sea is equipped with a table and chairs and a WEBER barbecue.
The outdoor seating area: a beautiful covered terrace facing the sea is at your disposal, with sofa, coffee table and ottomans.
A back terrace: accessible via the kitchen or the living room, ideal place for relaxation with sofas and armchairs. Shaded place in the morning to have breakfast in the cool.
