The main kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, wine fridge, and two Nespresso machines, while a separate pantry provides an additional fridge and freezer, oven, sink, hob, ice machine, dishwasher, toaster, and filter coffee machine. The living room has a smart TV. Two double bedrooms (180cm beds) are located on this level, each with remote-control blinds, terrace access, and en-suite facilities: one with a bathroom including bath, separate shower, and WC, the other with an en-suite shower room and WC. A guest WC completes the floor.

The first floor, accessed via 20 concrete steps, includes a WC and three further bedrooms: two double/twin rooms (2 x 90cm or 180cm beds) with en-suite shower rooms and WCs, and a double bedroom (180cm bed) with en-suite shower room and WC. All bedrooms on this level open onto the upper terrace.

The lower floor, reached by 18 steps from the living area, features a gym with cardio machines, free weights, mats, and a medicine ball, plus a cinema room with a smart TV connected to Netflix.
