INTERIOR
This elegant new single-storey villa of 120 m2, located in the heart of the village of Sainte-Lucie de Porto-Vecchio, seduces from the first moments by its refined and warm atmosphere. As soon as you enter, you will discover a large living room consisting of a friendly living room and a fully equipped kitchen with hotplates, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer as well as a central island ideal for breakfasts and meals on the go. Open to the living room, the kitchen is harmoniously integrated into a comfortable relaxation area with a large sofa, armchairs and a TV, all enjoying a direct view of the terrace and the swimming pool.

The sleeping area, accessible by a corridor located to the right of the entrance, consists of four bedrooms, one of which is a suite. The first is dedicated to children and has a bunk bed as well as a trundle bed (90 x 190 cm). A second bedroom is equipped with a double bed of 140 x 190 cm, while a third bedroom also offers a double bed of 140 x 190 cm and storage spaces. An independent bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as a toilet complete this space. Finally, the master suite benefits from a private bathroom, a dressing room, a television and direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. An independent toilet is also available at the entrance.
