«One of the best places I’ve stayed at in all of Colombia. Chami is like a 5* hotel but within nature and beauty. «Gorgeous location, architecture and space. Food is really good and staff at the restaurant is super friendly and specifically after a few days really try to connect with you. All staff does need some more training in anticipation and hospitality, management has clearly put in too many rules wich restricts them from truly thinking how to create true memories as they want. But still highly recommended »

«Once in a blue moon, you get the perfect hotel-experience. This will have to include price, service, comfort, availability and location. Hotel Mocawa Plaza has all this and more. I’m picky and would relate the flaws if I found them. If you are going to Armenia, Colombia, either to visit the city or just use it as a base for visiting all the small towns around and experience the wonderful nature, this is the hotel to use!»

«Everything about this hotel was great.
The staff must be one of the friendliest staff members I've ever dealt with. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, they made sure to accomodate us and help us with any request we had.
The hotel was beautiful. Each room was slightly different and modern. Very clean and properly taken care of.
Food was delicious. From the breakfast to the pizzas at night. Highly recommend you try the pizzas.
