Nice location
Strategically situated just 4 minutes walk from the railway station it offers a comfortable stay. Nice room with safe and small fridge. Everything well decorated and maintained with attention to details. You will probably get several decoration ideas from your stay. Nice indor/outdoor pool area for relaxing open 7:00 to 20:00. Yes, the water was warm, even outdoor. I expected multiformat electric outlets and usb charging ports on a hotel like this. They only were providing for the plugs used only in Switzerland, but asking they will have an adaptor for you. The TV was unresponsive and could have more than a minute with statics or black screen when changing channed. Other than this I had no issues during my stay. Going to the hotel Google Maps recommends taking to the right before the supermarket. Taking to the right after the supermarket you save a few meters and do not have to pass the electronically controlled gate.

Nydelig spahotell i sentrum av Zermatt
Fantastisk spahotell i sentrum av nydelige Zermatt! Vi fikk et kjempestort rom, med nydelig bad og utsikt. Betjeningen var veldig hjelpsomme med turforslag og informasjon. Frokosten var utmerket og beliggenheten i sentrum var et flott utgangspunkt for alle våre turer. Vi brukte hotellets fantastiske basseng og velværeavdeling hver ettermiddag. Skal vi tilbake til Zermatt kommer vi til å bo på samme hotell!

Fint hotell med glimrende service
Et fint og nytt hotell i rolige omgivelser, kort gangavstand fra alt. Hyggelig betjening, fine og romslige rom og bad, god frokost, hyggelig gratis afternoon tea og et flott pool/spa-område. Eneste lite minus var at massøsen ikke var spesielt flink.

Cumplió con la estadía. Sin embargo, la atencion no fue la mejor ni de cerca. Me gustaria atribuirselo a la cantidad de gente que habia, pero no me pareció que fuera así. Escanearon mi tarjeta de credito para "garantia del sistema", cosa que es incorrecto en muchos niveles. Me di cuenta tarde. No lo volvería a elegir.

This place had great potential, but unfortunately we didn’t enjoy our stay as the staff was rude and generally unwelcoming. We arrived early at 10AM hoping to drop bags while we skied for the day. The check in guy (Nikolai) seemed annoyed before we even opened our mouths and told us to leave bags outside the hotel as they couldn’t be inside (okay?). We returned at 3:05PM and were told to wait in the lobby until our 3:30PM check-in. There were about 10 other tired looking travelers sitting in the lobby (some sleeping on couches). Seemed very odd that they’d rather have people and bags strewn all over the lobby rather than allow them to check in ~20 minutes early once rooms were ready. At exactly 3:30 they started the check in process which took forever because of the backlog of people. The spa was only open 3PM-8PM which we found out at 8:05PM when the doors were locked. There is also a sign on the front door telling guests to turn their brains on before entering. Just very weird and unwelcoming vibes compared to every other place we stayed. Seems like these people don’t actually like people, so perhaps hospitality is not the best industry for them?

The facility is great. We booked a view room and it was incredible to see the Matterhorn in different weather and times of day. Our room was clean and quiet. The pool area was well kept, sauna after long ski day was amazing. Ski bus around the corner and a short walk to the train station but the hotel shuttle picked us up when we called anyway. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was a great way to start a ski day. Housekeeping was great too. Ski locker had boot holders that were heated in the basement. It has everything you need…BUT The staff was hit and miss. You know that feeling when someone doesn’t want to help you? One morning the breakfast crew was like that, then the next morning welcome. Hot/Cold. Or like a dinner reservation “You are better off doing yourself “ and handed me a laminated list. ok. $500 room and you can’t make an effort or suggestion? Asked where we could rent skis… “maybe up by the train station”. Maybe? Do people come here to ski?? After we bought a beer in the lobby I asked “Could I get a glass of ice to take to my room?”. The guy behind the front desk “I’m not sure if I have enough”?? (Then the next day when I needed to ice my knee the woman at the front desk happily went to the kitchen and brought me a whole bag). It truly could be a 5 star experience you rave about to other people. Clearly most (not all) of these people are just on the clock and don’t care if you come back.

The management was stubborn and completely inflexible. I tried to contact the General Manager to ask for help but was told he was unavailable and could not be reached. My flights were canceled due to a snowstorm and I had to check out 1 day early and was denied to make it home. Even the airlines in times of disruption allow changes. Expedia tried to contact the hotel but was told no and that there were no refunds for early departure regardless of the circumstances. Find another hotel this one wants your money and does not care about the customer at all!

The property gives cabin vibes. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious. I had two rooms both were clean and enough space for my family. Room 111 and room 311 were the rooms we stayed in. Room 311 is huge, it’s like staying in a nice size single apartment. The breakfast was ok. The staff was very nice. Would I stay here again, absolutely I would.

Amazing stay in this hotel. The Matterhorn view from the room is incredible, we even got upgraded to a higher floor room which made our stay even better. The staff was super nice, the breakfast is great and the spa facilities are quite complete (sauna, steam, cold pool, relaxation area, pool indoor/outdoor with jacuzzi area etc.), really great for after ski relaxation. The hotel is also only at a 5min walk from the train station. Highly recommend

Wonderful Stay at Fleurs de Zermatt
My family and I were able to spend a week skiing at Fleurs de Zermatt. Our stay was wonderful, and Nicholi and the hotel management team were friendly and made our vacation a memorable one. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious, the breakfast delicious, and management was extremely helpful in planning our daily activities in Zermatt. The location is perfect for hitting the slopes and is walking distance to all of the town's eateries without being directly in the noise of the town. There is also a convenient grocery store across the street. This hotel is a hidden gem!

Awful, rude staff
If you read all the reviews, you will see that the staff in the service is quite awful. They are unfriendly and downright rude-the facility itself is quite nice, it cannot make up for the horrible treatment that guests will get from the staff. Please read the reviews on Google and everywhere else. Everybody has been trained to say no, without listening to your request.

Good stay but there are better options in town
This was my 5th stay in Zermatt. We had a good stay but I would probably not choose this hotel again. Hotel is conveniently located, room was large, modern and well appointed. Spa was lovely. On the minus side, there was a humidity smell in the room, view was on neighboring building, and the hotel lacked an overall atmosphere in the common area (small empty bar). Staff was courteous but quite indifferent. There was an extra charge to pay the city tax by card! I have never seen in Switzerland.

This property was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful. The walking distance from the train station was very short and easy. The breakfast buffet was amazing as well afternoon coffee time as well. Oir room and bathroom were beatiful, we loved the wood beans and the simple and beatiful design. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. This place was built with a rustic and updated design. The pool and spa were beatiful. I will be back, I don't need to check any other hotels.
