«Veldig vakkert hotell»

«Kaszelewskiego 1 locates right in the city centre of Zakopane. It is 30 minutes walk from train & main bus station, and a few minutes to the walking street. Taking Uber is much faster though. The room is clean and tidy with a kitchen and proper dining table. I am impressed with the provision of an expresso brewer. The bedroom only accommodates a double bed which is good enough. Check-in & check-out are self service with very clear instructions by email. Staff can be contacted by WhatsApp with ...

«near the centre»

«This apartment is so perfect as it was so central plus we had private parking. The interior is gorgeous including the kitchen with coffee machine and toaster, a rain shower in the bathroom and a swivel tv in the lounge/bedroom. Ample space plus an outside sitting area. We had 3 nights there and could have stayed longer. The breakfast was delivered to the door and it was different every day and so much. We loved it thank you so much. »

«Very disappointed with their customer service. We had an emergency and they had no compassion for cancellation. The building is ugly, but that is not very important! We were very stressed out because of their lack of heart!»

«Alt utmerket »

«Flott hotell med ca 5min gåtur til Krupowki. Svært imøtekommende å hjelpsomt personale enkel å god frokost men savnet bacon i varm disken.

Also no window that could be opened, which should be clearly communicated in the room description. It has a jacuzzi and the rooms look nice, with good service. Forgot to take a photo of the mold spots, but it was probably 2 big spots of about 10-20 cm… disgusting. Did not dare to go close and check the spot, but we are 80% certain it was some type ...
