«Breakfast is terrible.Table and chairs are dirty. Food is cold, not even lukewarm. Food sitting there at room temperature for hours. Hotel room is ok except some annoying cigarette odour from air conditioning occasionally at night . Have to turn off the air con to avoid the smell. Individual hotel staff is not friendly and helpful. When I checked out, I used credit card to pay. Somehow they have problem with the machine and I have no choice but to pay with WeChat. When I came home and check ...

«I picked this hotel after extensive research, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. Boasting an unbeatable location, it offers great convenience for sightseeing, food hunting and city walks. Check-in is on the second floor, and the staff are professional and courteous. ✨ Highlights Prime Location Right next to Zhongshan Park, just a short walk from Zhongshan Park Metro Station (Lines 2/3/4). Line 2 provides easy access to Lujiazui and Hongqiao Railway Station, making it an ideal base for ...

«Alt var bra. Eneste som var litt minus var man ikke kunne ta med is fra baren til rommet, isteden måtte vi ringe for å få det levert på døren, noe som tok lang tid. Noen av støpsela var gamle og ødelagt, noe som gjorde vi ikke kunne bruke de. Badet var veldig lite. Bra lokasjon, god service, overall et bra sted.»

«Very convenient location and excellent breakfast. The room is very clean and staffs are very friendly. We will definitely stay at this hotel next time when we go to Shanghai. We highly recommend this hotel.»

«You will have a hard time finding restaurants or supermarket within walking distance around. The property itself is alright, great sound proof, and the room is spacious.»

«An outdated hotel with sub-par service. No smiles throughout the stay, no nice small talk, no human connection. I asked the concierge for a booking in a upscale Chinese restaurant and he booked me Hakkasan, what a joke. From the start there was no help with the luggage, unwillingness to even pretend to care from the receptionist and this was the standard throughout the stay. The house keeper kept on waking us up and even proceeded to call the room even when the do not disturb sign was on. The ...

«Great breakfast and clean rooms, but the AC was bad and the hotel would need a renovation to be a 5 star hotel»

«It the best hotel with the most friendly staff. I had a great time. The cleaning staff was so sweet and they have a free laundry service and delicious breakfast. And it best location. I highly recommend it»

«My stay was great. The room was really nice and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel was clean and very well kept up. The buffet breakfast was amazing. So many different choices of food. The only hiccup I had was the concierge. On several occasions I had a question about the city and navigating it and if they didn’t know the answer they made no effort to figure it out. I was left to figure it out myself. Other than that , everything was great and I would definitely stay there again. If you want ...

«Una Yang er veldig hyggelig mot gjester, hun gjør god service.»

«Litt vanskelig å finne fram til hotell og lobby. Bortsett fra et så er hotellet kjempebra. Hjelpsomme ansatte som snakker veldig bra engelsk. Rene og pene rom. Gode senger. God frokost der det var mye godt å velge mellom. »

«I have stayed at this hotel about 1 year ago and looks like no maintenance has been done. Would say as general comment friendlyness and service has dropped. During weekend you have to ask for refil on several food stations. Dirty floors in the breakfast areas example. They are more keen to have u sing the breaktfast bill than give u service before u have even started to take any food. Will not stay at this hotel next time in Shanghai»
