The man working was very friendly and helpful, but I only ever saw one person working and I think he was kept very busy. Two of the three times I went to reception it was unattended and I had to wait at least 5 mins for him to show up.
I only booked a one night stay and had mixed feeling about this place. It’s in a great location and I had a very big room with everything I needed and a great view. However if you looked closely it was a bit rough around the edges; cracks in the ceiling, mould in the shower, lampshade hanging skew and loads of dust under the bed and on the couch and stairwell. I only mention these things because of the price I paid, which was the same as a night I paid for a 5 star hotel in central Taipei.
