A personal vehicle is necessary to get around in this area - rideshare apps are not guaranteed.

Other Things to Note:
~Pool and Hot Tub Service~
The pool and hot tub are serviced Tuesday and Friday, approximately between 11am and 4pm. Please note that these times are estimates and may change slightly due to our technician's busy schedule. He will not approach the house but will go directly through to the backyard.

~Dogs~
Pipes Canyon Lookout welcomes your dogs! There is a $100 per dog per stay fee, limit of 2 dogs maximum. Please note on your reservation if you are bringing dog(s) and how many, and we will adjust the price accordingly. There is an unauthorized pet fee of $500. Please use the provided dog sheets before allowing your dogs on any furniture. Cats and other pets are not allowed.

~Security Camera~
There is a security camera mounted by the front and back doors in order to monitor the quantity of people and cars on the property, so we may ensure compliance with local ordinances. There are no security cameras in any private areas of the home.

~Parking~
Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the carport and driveway.

~Trash Service~
The house shares a dumpster with the neighbor. The dumpster is located at the top of the driveway.

~Cleaning Fee~
100% of the cleaning fee goes directly to our hardworking cleaners.
