"Rommet var rent, personalet veldig hyggelige og selve resortet var veldig vakkert. Det hadde flere flotte basseng, strand og voksenbasseng og en helt nydelig natur. Veldig spennende med så mye dyreliv på resortet. Det som dessverre trakk ned fra en 10/10 opplevelse var at maten ikke var det vi hadde forventet av et 5-stjerners hotell. Forutenom den meksikanske a la carte-restauranten, syntes vi maten var helt middels/middels dårlig. I tillegg syntes vi at informasjonsflyten i hotellet var dårlig. Når vi kom til hotellet fikk vi beskjed om å scanne en barcode som inneholdt noe, men ikke all informasjon vi trengte. Dette gjorde at vi måtte ta flere turer til resepsjonen for å få oppklaringer i enkelte ting. En annen ting som trakk litt ned på opplevelsen var at de spilte veldig høy musikk på stranden hele dagen."
