«I'd say we had a great week here I have literally no complaints. The food was great. The room service was great. Our room was always clean even when I had the do not disturb on the Butler would confirm pools were great. I loved the family selection aspect, but we did spend most of our time at the colonial pool. «Bad service, nice location. Beach is nice, main pool is ok.
We had 2 rooms, one was nice the other room was extremely moist. Clothes and bedding was wet every morning. We let our contact person know was promised new room but nothing happend.
Indian resturant ok starters, blend main dishes.
Japanian good resturant good ala carte and we also did the tappanaki and her the service and "show" was really good.
Beef/Stake resturant was the best of the resturant we tried.
Mexican, was booring. ...

«The staff was excellent; always willing to lend a hand or direct you to where you needed to go. Every need was taken care of for my entire family of 20, including a special beach bonfire for my 70th birthday celebration. Food was great and butlers arranged dinners for 5 consecutive nights at different restaurants where we could all dine together.
