The Space:

Skip’s Hideaway is a three-level, 4BR/3.5BA retreat designed for getaways, with space for up to 10 guests. Three king suites and a custom bunk room with four full sized beds make it perfect for families or groups.



The open-concept living area frames mountain views and features a gas fireplace for instant warmth on crisp evenings. A fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area make mealtimes easy and inviting. The game room keeps everyone entertained with shuffleboard, arcade games, and a card table.



Step outside to double decks for morning coffee among the trees or enjoy sunset cocktails. End the day while cool air drifts through the mountains. A fenced yard keeps pups happy, while the EV charger ensures convenience. Skip’s Hideaway is a cozy escape where memories are made fireside and under the stars.



Guest Access:

You’ll get a private smart lock code the day of arrival for easy self check-in. Enjoy full access to the home, deck, and hot tub, plus shared use of the community hot tub, sauna, fire pit and luxury gym (Peloton, Hydro rower, TRX).



The Neighborhood:

Skip’s Hideaway is located in a North Georgia upscale neighborhood of environmentally friendly modern homes. Conveniently situated near the charming mountain towns of Blairsville, Young Harris, Hiawassee, Murphy, and Hayesville. Enjoy easy access to Crane Creek Vineyards, John C. Campbell Folk School, Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds, and Young Harris College.



Getting Around:

Skip’s Hideaway is easily accessible by car, with parking available on-site for 3 cars. Google maps is the best tool for navigation.

House Rules:

• Max occupancy: 10 guests. No exceptions.

• Dog-friendly: 2 dogs allowed. First dog stays free. Any additional dog is $50. Leash required outdoors. Owner is responsible for any damage.

• No smoking inside or on the deck. $200 fine + cleaning fees.

• Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM. $200 fine for disturbances. Noise monitoring in use—tampering prohibited.

• No parties or gatherings. $500 fine + immediate eviction.

• Must be 21+ to book. Valid ID required.

• Use of the home and amenities is at your own risk. We’re not liable for accidents, injuries, or theft.

• Pool & hot tub are open daily from 9 AM – 10 PM (weather dependent). Pool is not heated. Hot tub is tablet-controlled inside the pool house.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests will enjoy self-check-in with no personal greeting. Communication will be handled exclusively through email or the booking app, where we are available to assist with any immediate needs. We pride ourselves on being highly responsive to ensure your stay is seamless and enjoyable.
