Rooms should be inspected more often for maintenance etc.

He offered me an upgrade to a balcony suite for which I was most grateful after a long trip.
Hitesh was also at the desk on my departure and checked if the nights stay was comfortable and all the amenities were sufficient.
I thanked him very much for their hospitality and mentioned I’d have a group coming next year.
