«The hotel location is amazing and the staff are so friendly. Prices for food etc., are a little high, but considering where it is and the hotel "star" rating - anticipated. Surprisingly they do not offer a corkage service if you bring your own wine, so don't do this as they will take the bottle and return it to you when you leave.»

«We found the accommodations clean, even though small. Location was excellent, close to the beach. Ample parking. The shower especially was small, but for us not a problem. TV availability and coffee/tea, refrigerator, and microwave managed in a small area well. Plenty of drawer space for clothes.»

«The Grandview has an awesome view of long sands beach. You can see both the boon island lighthouse and the nubble lighthouse from the balcony. Watching and listening to the waves roll is so relaxing. The Grandview is just finishing up a renovation. We were very happy with our stay.»

«Check in was a little confusing but everyone was so nice! (We had to find the host at the restaurant). That said, the room was cozy, comfortable and SPOTLESS clean! This is an older building with New England charm that is beautifully clean and lovely. Location cannot be better, as it’s right in the commercial center of York. We ate at the restaurant twice and everyone was lovely. Will absolutely recommend this Inn!»
