Wonderful, clean & modern. have everything you need as if you are at your own home. Very close from center of town and around the corner from many eateries. As advertised, 2 minute walk to the beach. And the host was available for anything we needed. My family and I loved it. I would go back there again and would recommend to others.

Dylan's place is really the perfect location. Just far enough away from the beach to be quite at night all while still being a short walk to Long Sands. Everything needed to complete our stay was there, even stuff for our 2 1/2 year old. Our trip covered five generations with ages from our son up to our 93 year old Grandmother. Having the outdoor shower was super convenient as well. All around great stay for us. We're trying to book again with Dylan for next year! Our son keeps telling us he wants to go back to the beach house!

Perfect for us

This home was comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. It’s a short, quick walk to the beach. It has nice light, good screens on the windows, a lovely second floor deck. The grassy backyard was a nice place to play. The home was well equipped with supplies and equipment. The open kitchen and big dining table made meals and meal prep pleasant. Dylan was a pleasure to work with.

Spacious, well stocked, clean and charming

We traveled to the area to be with our daughter who had surgery nearby. Could not have picked a better place to relax and recover. Spacious house and outdoor space in an incredibly charming area. I was worried about no AC in the bedrooms and it was never an issue - excellent fans and a lovely breeze at night. Very well stocked as well with all the basics. Would definitely return!

Great stay!

We booked this house as an extended family vacation to celebrate our parent’s anniversary. It was a perfect location with a beautiful yard for the kids and plenty of space for everyone in the house. We would highly recommend this house.

Great Place

Located just a minute from the beach and located on a very private lot, best of both worlds. Great 2nd floor with open kitchen, dining and family room areas with terrific walk out porch. Had all the amenities needed for a week stay. Owners were great to deal with.

Awesome location and incredibly clean

This place was great! The location, only 1+ block from the beach, was perfect. Away from busy Long Beach ave, but a super easy walk to and from the beach, which we did multiple times each day. All the bedrooms are downstairs and the upstairs living nicely separates you from the surrounding houses. The porch off the living room got a ton of use. The beach chairs and cart to pull them to the beach were appreciated and to top it all off, the outdoor shower made it easy to rinse off when we got back. We absolutely would stay here again.
