The hotel was dirty. Looking okay from the outside - horrible inside the room. Carpet with stains, mirror with stains - everything was unplugged - could use the tv. One of the plugs was half-out dangerous. The staff at the reception - was not very polite. Asked for a change of room - never happened. Breakfast is very poor. Only good personnel people working in the bar - helpful and polite, recommended places to visit.

Not so great
The hotel outside of the rooms was nice but very cheap inside the rooms. The TV, fridge, and pool were not working. When we arrived they could not see our reservation from Hotels.com after about 30 minutes they got it figured out.

For lille værelse med små dyrevenner
Vi fandt dette hotel på hjemmesiden, der gav udtryk for at vores tildelte værelse var forbeholdt fire personer. Da vi ankom, havde værelset kun én dobbeltseng. De fik trods alt ordnet sovepladser for os. Der kom to virkelig dårlige sammenklappelige enkeltmandssenge uden lagen eller sengetøj. Vi endte med at spørge receptionen tre gange før det blev ordnet. En af grundene til at vi valgte dette sted var grundet deres sauna område med indendørs pool. Da vi kom frem fandt vi ud af et hverken sauna området eller poolen virkede. Vi tror, udover det, også at desværre var en eller anden form for dyret i ventilationssystemet, som vi hørte to af nætterne. Dog skal receptionen have tak for at svare på de spørgsmål vi skulle have og hjælpe os med bestilling af taxa ind til byen.

Cheapest price all off the market. Friendly staff. Clean. Safe. Near supermarket. I used Yandex app for transportation this app same as Uber. I stay around 20 days in hotel . I love armenia 🇦🇲. Friendly people. But some busy area be careful your wallet and cell phone.

Dear Martin,Your review is biased and offends us, because before your return to hotel I personally checked your room and added the bathroom stuff and everything was OK as always. I don't want to refer to your attitude when you came back to the hotel after the football game, but I am sure it seemed to you. It is the first time during 10 years that we have found ourselves in such a bad situation. First you said it was mouse than you told that it was rat, anyway. The entire hotel area has been checked since you mentioned and no mice were found. The floor where you were staying was 100% occupied by other guests, yet no one reported seeing a mouse.Also we have special adapters connected in the whole hotel territory that repel mice and other insects.Thanks for playing with our rate unreasonableWishing you good luck!Regards,Nairi Hotel team

Good location and close to the city centre by taxi. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. I have stayed here many times and always enjoy my stay. I’m already looking forward to a return visit in a few months time.

Excellent stay
First I want to thank each and every employee in this hotel for making me feel just like home good rooms lovely atmosphere a great lobby I stayed 1 day. Special thanks to Mrs. Victoria. She is Manager of hotel. She changed my standard room to Deluxe, I was surprised. I stayed many hotels in the world, but I didn't saw behave like this. You can enjoy beauty of the city from your room. it's amazing view. Very good breakfast, clean rooms and good service. Thank you all. I recommend this hotel.

Too expensive for a cheap hotel
On arrival, the bed base was borken, i fixe it temporary by myself ; Very old Matress, uncomfortable, litterally speaking we was sleeping on springs; I asked to replace the matress and to fix the bed (on arrival). 2 days later they added a kind of cover on the matress in order to make it more comfortable but it was absolutly the same result and for the bed base they didn't take any action. cheap service, they don't put any extra toilet paper; we was short twice on a 6 days period. Once i asked the lady on the reception for a taxi, first i had to wait to finish her personal conversation on her own mobile and second she replied "it's better to do it by yourself it's gonna be faster". I don't recommand it for anyone, you can have much better for the same price.

Weird Hotel
The room itself was of good quality. However, I was surprised to see how scary the local area is. I was literally scared to go for a walk outside (although I had heard from my friends that Yerevan is safe). Apart from the awesome breakfast, all other hotel services were awful. Almost no one could speak in English and that was annoying. Once I wanted to order vegetarian pizza and after 15 minutes of awkward talk I gave up. Cleaning service was also terrible.

Il faut repenser la notion de service
Le problème essentiel dans cet hôtel est la qualité du service. Si vous avez quelques problèmes tels que, besoin des serviettes, du savon, etc. Il faut attendre jusque le lendemain ...De plus le petit déjeuner est servi à partir de 8H ( ce qui est tard pour quelqu'un qui trvaille).

The manager and staff are very kind and polite ! whatever you need they will be always there for you.. ..nothing to complain about really.. - food is fresh - Not far from the center. - Great value for money - Clean and new hotel - Well designed - Clean, large and beautiful room - Well managed - Great view of the city The great thing about this hotel is the staff.. they are really helpful and polite specially the receptionists are very professioal, friendly and well-trained for their job.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einer tollen Aussicht!
Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Super Service sehr leckeres Essen! Die Zimmer waren sauber. Es liegt ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Zentrum entfernt. Bei unserer nächsten Geschäftsreise werden wir dieses Hotel nochmal buchen.
