Hoteller i Yangtzeflodens delta – Oakwood i Yangtzeflodens delta, Kina

Lack of proper restaurants. Staff in lobby bar totally inexperianced. One should expect a minimum of skills in handling international customers. Totally lack of English skills. Staff at breakfast buffet, not even proficiant in the very basic of language skills. One should expect that they know the word Pepper and Salt, but no. How can a service buisiness as a hotel hire people straight from the countryside that have no skills at all

A very clean room and a very helpful staff . Breakfast was excellent 👌.

Veldig fin hotel og hyggelig betjening

Very good stay. Clean room, good bed, nice view and the receptionist named Koi was very helpful in making our stay better!
