En oase i en travel storby
Flott hotell med gangavstand til den berømte pagoden og med fint turområde ved en idyllisk innsjø. Hotellet tilbyr shuttlebuss til gamlebyen nær elven. Flere restauranter med gode tilbud for hotellgjestene, men allikevel forholdsvis høyt kostnadsnivå.

First time in Yangon
Dette hotellet er perfekt for de første nettene i Yangon. Enten om du vil slappe av ved bassenget, rave rundt i byen, eller sove i den komfortable sengen er hotellet nydelig. Det ligger litt unna sentrum kjernen men taxi er billig, og hotellet har gratis buss som går annenvær time fra hotellet og ned mot byen og serverdighetene. Frokosten er kjempegod og personellet er svært service innstilt! Veldig fornøyd!

Luxury hotel near Shwedagon Pagoda
Lovely hotel near the Royal lake, about 15 minutes walk to the Shwedagon pagoda. After we'd walked around the city all day it was very nice to return to the hotel garden for a drink and a swim in the pool. The straff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel has three different restaurants, so there's a lot to choose between if you dont fancy going downtown. I also have to add that the beds are very comfortable, best sleep I've had during these 4 weeks of travelling in South-east Asia :)

Et av de beste hotellene i Yangon
Hotellet ligger veldig godt til i byen. Ikke nede i sentrum som kan være svært støytete og masete, men midt i byen ved Kandawgyi lake hvor det er fint å rusle tur og med flere gode restauranter rundt. Det er kort avstand til byens viktigste attraksjon Shwedagon-pagoden. Det er passe stort slik at du får godt kontakt med det veldig hyggelige personale, og har sannsynligvis byens beste pool. Rommene er store og gode og hotellet ligger i et rolig område så man sover godt om natten. Treningsanlegg følger også med.

The hotel is located next to a big lagoon which is perfect for running. It is surrounded with trees, looks and feels exotic. One of the best features of this hotel is how friendly and accommodating the staffs are. We arrived late and our room was ready with the air-conditioning on and a tea sachet with a sweet note from the room service staff. We have to leave very early to catch an early flight and the breakfast was ready as they promised. They have good selection of food and everything was perfectly delivered.

Un oasis à Rangoun !!!
Nous avons passé 8 nuits ( une que nous avions payée mais nous sommes partis en urgence a cause du coronavirus !!!!!) Très belle hôtel, superbe piscine, de l’espace, des palmiers, chambre correct, personnel adorable et prévenant. Petit bémol : la restauration n’est pas à la hauteur sauf le buffet du petit déjeuner ! Le spa est cher et pas exceptionnel !

Great View of the Shwedagon Pagoda
Beautiful hotel, but of course, my impression was coloured by the fact that they upgraded me to a Club Level room on the top floor with marvellous views of the Shwedagon Pagoda lit up at night. How could I not be happy? Excellent value for money even had I not gotten the upgrade. A copious buffet breakfast was included in the price and staff were delightful. Swimming pool was enormous and surrounded by swaying palms. Pity I was only overnighting ...

Our stay was WONDERFUL... until it WASN'T. We stayed on the club level floor and only ate at the hotel. In fact, we didn't even leave the property. On day 2, we both got violently ill. I'll spare you the details, but it was both of us, and it was BAD! It was definitely food poisoning, and, as mentioned, we had only eaten at the hotel. In the middle of the night, I could actually hear the man in the room next door throwing up as well. Worst night ever. We called the front desk, and they brought more toilet paper and anti-diarrheal meds... but no apology, and they never checked in with us again. The next day (and it was a lllloooonnnggg night taking turns in the bathroom), my partner stumbled up to the executive level desk to ask for a late checkout since we literally could barely move. Although they did (eventually) grant it, there was no sympathy, reaction, apology, or concern whatsoever. Highly disappointing on even a human level let alone a "5 star hotel" level. I would never recommend staying here not only based on the fact that we got food poisoning, but even more on the fact that they knew and didn't try to help in any way, shape, or form.

Great room, we had a very comfortable stay. Hotel is 15-20mins car ride away from lots of main attractions.

Professional. cheerful service, amazing value for money, great location and what has to be the best breakfast array humanly possible. I highly recommend this hotel. the only 'buts' are the mattress was a bit lumpy considering everything else was to the highest standard, and the costs of the a la carte on-site dining is rather high compared to excellent Myanmar restaurants. Buffet prices, though, are not exorbitant. Nonetheless if your currency is USD it might seem more than reasonable.
