«I had a wonderful time at his boutique hotel. My room had a balcony with a majestic view over the Ganges valley, and that itself was worth it! The hotel is nicely situated and sheltered from the main road. Much more quiet than the other side of the Ganges. I will gladly stay again...»

«Here’s a polished and professional version that keeps the complaint strong:
The AC is not working properly in any of the dorms.
When I posted my review, a staff member approached me and said, “No one else is complaining, so why are you complaining?” Is this an appropriate way to speak to a guest who has raised a genuine concern?
This kind of response and behaviour is highly unprofessional and certainly not what I expected from a hostel like yours.
To make matters worse, I was told by a staff ...

«Smelled of mold, so badly I couldn’t breathe well. Manager said “no problem” we will give the refund. Contact hours are from 12am-2pm. They never responded to Expedia’s attempts to refund my stay. My credit card refunded my stay, instead.»

«Arriving EllBee, and they did not find the reservation. Actually, they did not have the reservation. It took them 45 minutes and a call to Hotels.com to find out that their booking system was not working.
In the room a nice shower - did not work though. So had to use the bathtub… the maintenance should come and repair - but … it took exactly 36 hours until maintenance came Sunday morning at 7:00…. Or actually they just came to check if the water worked, and tell that maintenance only would ...

«We had two nights in Yog Niketan, and the staff helped us get the most out of it. Gave us first-timers to India a warm welcome and some good tips to navigate around in the city. On sunday we had breakfast in the garden with live music after the complimentary yoga with the very skilled Apana. We also liked the location of the hotel, right at the banks of Ganga.
