The Space:

The Hill is the perfect location for your next beach escape to Yamba for a weekend or longer. With full kitchen and dining facilities and open plan living area opening out to a large balcony with ocean views, there's little more you could hope for.



Bask in the morning sun as you sit in the lounge on the balcony or enjoy an afternoon snack from the raised outdoor dining table which affords you 180 degree views beyond the norfolk pines to the pacific ocean.



The queen size bedroom is generous in size with an ensuite. It's light and airy with a ceiling fan and views over Yamba and Pippi Beach, all the way to Angourie.



The Hill is part of a complex of five units. A former doctor's surgery, this building has a rich history and is one of the original buildings in Yamba. Book your next stay at The Hill and become part of her history.



The cleaning fee includes full professional cleaning and bathroom and bedroom linen hire, kitchen basics and luxury Leif bathroom consumables.



Please note that this apartment doesn't have a laundry or dishwasher.



One garage space is available. Please keep the driveway clear. If you car does not fit in the garage you're welcome to park on the street where the parking is free and unlimited.



PS. If you have a larger group, we also offer 'Big Chill on the Hill' which also includes the apartment downstairs - these two apartments combine through an internal staircase to create an enormous three bedroom, three bathroom apartment with a huge rooftop balcony with abundant ocean views, two kitchens, dishwasher and washing machine.



Guest Access:

There is a lock box on the premises for ease of check-in.



The Neighborhood:

Church St is one of Yamba's favourite streets. Located on the top of 'The Hill', only 300m from Yamba Main Beach and walking distance to all of Yamba's five beaches, the amenities in town, the restaurants, the markets, The Hill is ideally located for your beach escape.



Getting Around:

Everything you could hope for is walking distance from this wonderful property.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that there is no washing machine, dryer or dishwasher in this apartment.

Access to this apartment is up two flights of stairs (the view is worth it).
