Guest Access:
Access the property whenever suits you with a lock box located on the premises. There is space for one vehicle in the undercover carport (it is a little tight) and shared visitor parking on the premises.

The Neighborhood:
Absolute Oceanfront Yamba is located on one of Yamba's favourite beaches and is walking distance to all major icons and attractions. The Pacific Hotel and some of Yamba's finest restaurants are only 400m away.

Getting Around:
Once you park your vehicle, there will be little need to take it out again. Absolute Oceanfront Yamba is approximately 400m to the Pacific Hotel and restaurants and 550m to the centre of town where you may find boutiques, more restaurants, grocer, bakeries, post office and newsagents.

Other Things to Note:
- The undercover carport is narrow if you have a large vehicle. There is alternative private parking on site and parking on the street is free.
- Strictly no smoking, vaping, parties, loud music, pets or school leavers
- There is a weberQ located on the downstairs balcony outside the master bedroom for your convenience.
- There is split system, reverse cycle air conditioning in the main living area and the downstairs bedroom overlooking the ocean. The other bedrooms enjoy ceiling fans and oil heaters.
